2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1 Custom or personalized products.

2.2 Items marked as final sale.

3. Process for Returns

3.3 Include your order details in the return package.

4. Refunds

4.1 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4.2 Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

5.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

6. Exchanges
